Thanks for stopping by my newest incarnation of my website. I am super excited to begin teaching Yoga in my new hometown, Sebastian, FL. I left the east coast of FL in 2005, and I have to say that I've missed teaching yoga oceanside. I can't wait to get some classes going by the sea.
